Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders will arrive with customers within 2-3 working days of being placed, with the majority of mainland UK orders arriving with customers within 48 hours.

Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday will be shipping the next working day.

Delivery Costs

All delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the items and quantities ordered.

Any special offers or reduced shipping rates will be clearly advertised on the product page.

What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

Please allow 2 working days for your delivery to arrive. Orders placed at weekends or on a public holiday will be shipping the next working day.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 working days, please contact us at part.sales@hobartuk.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds

Returns of our Hyline chemical products are at the customer’s expense.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at part.sales@hobartuk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
